In the Kara-Daryin rural district of the village of Aral, located in the Suzak region, a new point has been opened that provides drinking water using solar panels.

Representatives of the local authorities and leaders of the presidential representative office in the Jalal-Abad region attended the opening ceremony.

This project is the first of its kind in the region, where the water supply system operates on solar energy. Work began in July 2025 and was funded by a development fund. The project cost 6 million 833 thousand soms, enabling 300 households to access clean water.

Currently, projects are being implemented in the region to provide clean water to 32 villages and 3 cities. By the end of September 2025, construction was completed in five settlements, and the systems are already functioning.
