Zheemuratov, born on November 1, 1970, in the village of Kulundu, is currently 55 years old. His education is related to music: he graduated from Osh State University, obtaining a qualification as a music teacher in 1992.
Since 2018, he has held the position of head of the district education department, succeeding Maksatay Karimberdiev in this role.
His work history includes:
- From August 17, 1992, to September 8, 1995, he worked as a music teacher at the secondary school of the Jany-Turmush ayil aimak in Katran;
- From September 8, 1995, to October 25, 1999, he served as the deputy director for educational work at the same school;
- From October 25, 1999, to November 14, 2014, he was the director of the Jany-Turmush secondary school;
- From November 14, 2014, to September 17, 2018, he worked as a chief specialist in the Leilek District Education Department;
- Since December 14, 2018, he has been the head of this department.
For his achievements, Zheemuratov has been awarded the following honors:

- Title of "Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic" (2017);
- Award "Excellence of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic" (2021);
