The Founding Congress of Lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic will take place on November 26, 2014, at 10:00 AM at the T. Satylganov Kyrgyz State Philharmonic. Registration for participants will begin at 8:30 AM.
All lawyers of the Kyrgyz Republic who wish to participate and have registered in advance by November 15, 2014, may attend the Founding Congress.
Lawyers from the regions may be provided with daily allowances in the established amount. Transportation to Bishkek will be organized from the buildings of the justice departments in the regions. Accommodation expenses will not be covered.

Before the Founding Congress, round tables with the participation of lawyers will be organized to discuss the statutory documents of the Advocacy and the procedure for organizing the Founding Congress:

for lawyers from the Talas region in the city of Talas — November 4, 2014;
for lawyers from the Osh and Batken regions in the city of Osh — November 10, 2014;
for lawyers from the Jalal-Abad region in the city of Jalal-Abad — November 11, 2014;
for lawyers from the city of Bishkek — November 13, 2014;
for lawyers from the Chui region in the city of Bishkek — November 14, 2014.
