On September 23, 2014, in honor of the State Language Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, a seminar was held at the Justice Department of the Issyk-Kul Region with the participation of employees from the regional mortgage registration office, state notaries from districts and cities, and staff from the justice department.
The purpose of this seminar was to explain the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the State Language of the Kyrgyz Republic," the "New Edition of the Orthography of the Kyrgyz Language," approved by the resolution of the ZS of the Jogorku Kenesh of the KR on June 28, 2002, No. 830-II, as well as the necessity of conducting paperwork in the state language and organizing events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the state language of the Kyrgyz Republic.
