The Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic A. Shykmamatov participated in the second meeting of the Council of Ministers of Justice of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Vladivostok, Russian Federation.
During the meeting, relevant issues of cooperation among the SCO member states in the field of justice were discussed, including judicial and expert activities, as well as the improvement of mechanisms for upholding the rule of law. Additionally, there was an exchange of experiences in the field of legislative drafting among experts from the SCO member states.
Furthermore, the results of the first meeting of the Council of Ministers of Justice of the SCO, which took place last year in Beijing, were summarized.
It is worth noting that the main goal of the meetings of the Council of Ministers of Justice of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was to promote the legal provision of peace, stability, and development in the SCO countries.
