According to the report, from April to July 2025, inflation exceeded the target indicators of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
Analysts noted that food inflation rose from 7.7% in March to 10.2% in June 2025, driven by rising prices for vegetables and meat products.
“The increase in electricity tariffs (+23.8% in May) and the rise in prices for housing repair services, caused by a construction boom, added additional momentum to inflation,” experts emphasize.
Thus, the inflation rate increased from 6.9% in March to 8% in June 2025 and reached 8.8% in July 2025 (according to preliminary data).
