In Bishkek, republican exercises dedicated to civil defense are taking place at the combined heat and power plant (CHPP). This information was announced by the press service of the city mayor's office.
According to the exercise scenario, an earthquake with a magnitude of 6 on the Richter scale occurred at the oil facility. Participants in the exercises are practicing skills in firefighting, evacuating employees, and providing first aid to the injured.
Employees of the CHPP, rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as civil defense services and city administrations are participating in the exercises.
It is important to note that such events contribute to increasing the readiness level of personnel for actions in emergency situations and improve interaction between various services.
