
During the investigation, it was revealed that the lottery organizers created fake drawings, announcing false winners, thereby deceiving participants and embezzling their money. To attract more people, they offered high prizes, including cars, apartments, and land plots. In practice, all prizes remained with the organizers, and real winners did not exist.
During searches at the 'Osh Sila' lottery office, important evidence was seized, such as a printer for printing lottery tickets, a drum for the draw, as well as cars intended for illegal lotteries. Documentation confirming their illegal activities was also found.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 4 of article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The main figures in the case — K.u.K. and B.M.A. — have been detained and placed in detention center No. 21.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the case and to hold all involved parties accountable.







The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds citizens that, according to the legislation of Kyrgyzstan, only the State Enterprise "State Lottery Company" can conduct professional lotteries, and urges people not to participate in illegal lotteries and not to purchase tickets.
