On October 22, the Central Election Commission held a meeting to discuss cases of violations of legislation in the field of election campaigning.

As a result of the analysis conducted by the working group, and in accordance with Articles 65, 455, and paragraph 3 of part 1 of Article 451 of the Code of Offenses, as well as Articles 3, 4, and 8 of the constitutional Law "On the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums," the following decisions were made:

1. Bolotbek Duyshenaliev, a candidate for electoral district No. 14, violated campaigning rules by posting information about his political career on his Facebook page on October 9 and 12. He mentioned the names of current politicians and expressed his intention to participate in the elections with a "new perspective." In his post on October 12, he called for the dismissal of certain officials from the local authorities of the Toktogul district, which was also regarded as election campaigning. As a result, he was fined 7,500 soms.

2. Gulam Matazhiev, the chairman of the ayil council of Batken region, appeared in a video posted on Saltanat Mitieva's Facebook page on October 20, calling for support for Yrysbek Atazhanov, a candidate for electoral district No. 2. This action was also classified as election campaigning before the completion of candidate registration, resulting in a fine of 7,500 soms.

3. Torokan Junusbekov, nominated for electoral district No. 25, published a statement on Facebook on October 17, mentioning high-ranking politicians and referring to religious themes, including the use of the term "hadith." He also posted campaign materials that were used in previous elections. On the day he submitted his official statement of intent to participate in the elections, these actions were deemed a violation, leading to a fine of 7,500 soms.

4. The Talas television and radio company repeated the broadcast of positive material about the charitable activities of Medera Chotonov, a candidate for electoral district No. 16 of Talas, on October 18. This was perceived as advertising for the candidate, which became the basis for imposing a fine of 28,000 soms on the TV and radio company.

The Central Election Commission reminds all participants in the electoral process, including candidates, public officials, and the media, of the need for strict compliance with the laws during the election campaigning, which should only begin after the completion of candidate registration. All cases of violations will be reviewed, and appropriate measures will be taken against those responsible.
