The working group responsible for the acceptance and verification of documents submitted by candidates and political parties concluded that R. Asanova does not meet the requirements established by law for registration. In particular, according to information from the State Border Service and the State National Security Committee, it was revealed that Asanova had not resided in the territory of Kyrgyzstan for the last five years, which contradicts part 4 of article 59 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh."
Specifically, she was absent from the territory of the country from October 12, 2021, to June 20, 2022. At the meeting of the working group on October 22, 2025, Rahima Asanova confirmed this information.
Based on the conclusions of the working group from October 22, 2025, regarding the impossibility of registering R. Asanova as a candidate for the Jogorku Kenesh, and in accordance with part 4 of article 59 of the aforementioned Constitutional Law and articles 3, 4, and 8 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums," the CEC of the Kyrgyz Republic made the decision to refuse the registration of Rahima Ergeshalievna Asanova as a candidate for multi-mandate district No. 19.
