In his address, Tynchtyk Shainazarov emphasized that the timely submission of documents is an important part of the process, not just a formality. This helps to avoid long queues and gives candidates the opportunity to prepare thoroughly for the start of campaigning.

Shainazarov also urged not to postpone the submission of documents until the last moment. He noted that the earlier a candidate submits their papers, the greater the chances of addressing any potential shortcomings and obtaining missing documents. This demonstrates professionalism and respect for the voters.

Furthermore, the chairman of the Central Election Commission reminded about the provision of Article 64, Part 3 of the constitutional Law "On the Elections of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic," according to which the three candidates who receive the highest number of votes from voters are considered elected from a multi-member electoral district. In the event of a tie in votes, preference is given to those candidates who submitted a complete set of registration documents earlier.

“Thus, not only the number of votes may be important, but also the speed of document submission,” concluded Tynchtyk Shainazarov.
