During the searches conducted both at the premises of the branch of the State Enterprise "Cadastre" and at the residences of the detained officials, typewriters and state-form templates issued back in 2004, as well as new, unregistered state acts of private ownership were discovered and seized.
Additionally, instances of illegal issuance of state acts for land plots were recorded, which were carried out through the forgery of primary documents and their subsequent registration in the State Enterprise "Cadastre" registry.
As a result of the investigation into the criminal case, the head of the Jayil branch of the State Enterprise "Cadastre," I.R.R., was detained and is now in detention center No. 21 of the State Service for Execution of Punishments.
