During the arrest, S.D.O. was found in possession of a firearm, specifically a Makarov pistol, as well as 4.57 grams of plant-based narcotics.
Based on the discovered narcotic substances, a criminal case has been initiated under part 1 of article 283 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal production of narcotics and psychotropic substances without the intent to sell). Necessary examinations have been appointed regarding the seized weapon and narcotics.
As part of the criminal case related to the illegal production of narcotics and arms trafficking, the detained S.D.O. has been sent to the temporary detention facility of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, measures are being taken to determine the possible involvement of the detainee in other crimes.
