A video has surfaced on social media capturing the tragic moment in Kara-Balta, where two children were killed under the wheels of a KamAZ truck.
On October 13 at 18:30, an incident occurred on Chapaev Street. The recordings show the children playing, hanging onto a moving truck, and ultimately falling under its wheels. The ages of the children were 7 and 8 years old, and they died at the scene.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 312 (Violation of traffic safety rules and operation of vehicles) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The truck driver, G.M., has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
