Victims can contact law enforcement agencies
According to information provided by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District of Bishkek, suspects in land fraud have been detained in Maevka.
On September 5, a citizen named Zh.Z. reported to law enforcement that a certain "Sh." sold him 5 plots of land, each 4 acres, in January of this year, fraudulently appropriating 3,150,000 soms. After that, he fled the scene.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police detained two suspects: M. u. Sh., born in 1996, and B. E., born in 1973. It is currently being investigated whether they are involved in similar crimes.
