Negotiations between the Foreign Minister and the American Ambassador




Jeenbek Kulubaev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with Leslie Vigier, the U.S. Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan. The meeting discussed various aspects of Kyrgyz-American cooperation, as well as issues related to the C5+1 format, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Kulubaev emphasized the importance of deepening political dialogue with the United States and developing trade, economic, and investment ties. The Kyrgyz side expressed interest in attracting American investments, increasing the participation of the U.S. business community in the country's economy, and implementing joint projects. Visa issues also became a topic of separate discussion.

At the end of the meeting, the parties confirmed their intention to continue deepening relations between Kyrgyzstan and the U.S., agreeing on the necessity of regular working contacts.
