Specialists arrived at the scene
At the instruction of the Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaeva, experts from the Republican Center for Certification in Construction conducted an on-site inspection of the quality of the new asphalt concrete pavement in the park of the "Tunguch" microdistrict.
Earlier, a video appeared on social media in which residents reported that on the section where the asphalt was laid only a month ago, there are "waves" and cracks.
During the inspection, experts examined the condition of the pavement and took a core sample for laboratory testing. The results of these studies will determine the physical and mechanical characteristics of the asphalt concrete, as well as prepare a conclusion on the compliance of the completed work with established standards.
"After all tests are completed, a decision will be made regarding further actions concerning the problematic section," the Ministry of Construction reported.
