269 million soms allocated for the construction of a new maternity hospital building for the Naryn Regional Hospital

The department will accommodate 100 beds


Kamchybek Tashiev, head of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), today participated in the laying of a capsule symbolizing the start of construction of a new maternity ward at the Naryn regional hospital.

According to information provided by the GKNB press service, the new department will consist of four floors, including a basement, and is designed for 100 beds. The project is funded from the republican budget, which allocated 269 million 766 thousand 600 soms.

During a meeting with the medical staff of the Naryn regional hospital, Tashiev emphasized the importance of the selfless work of doctors, noting that their work is the foundation for forming a healthy society. He added that caring for the health of citizens should begin with improving the working conditions of medical staff. In this regard, he noted that under the direction of the country's leadership, new medical institutions are being built in the regions, one of which will be the maternity hospital in Naryn.



The head of the GKNB also reported that, according to the directive of President S. Japarov, salaries for medical workers will be increased. He urged them to responsibly and diligently fulfill their official duties.
