In the "Tunguch" microdistrict, a quality check of the asphalt surface in the local park was conducted. The Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic issued a corresponding statement.
This inspection was initiated by the Minister of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdin Oruntaev. Experts from the Republican Certification Center in Construction examined the condition of the surface and took samples for laboratory analysis. Based on the obtained data, the physical and mechanical characteristics of the asphalt concrete will be determined, and a conclusion will be prepared regarding the compliance of the completed work with established standards.
After all analyses are completed, a decision will be made on how to proceed regarding the problematic section.
Previously, a video from local residents appeared on social media, indicating the emergence of "waves" and cracks in the section where the asphalt was laid just a month ago.
