According to information provided by the Licensing and Certification Department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan, currently, 44 construction companies are on the "blacklist".
The key reasons for including companies on this list are as follows:
* serious violations of licensing requirements and construction standards during the execution of work;
* non-compliance with the conditions specified in the license;
* failure to comply with orders and notifications from government authorities;
* repeated offenses in the field of construction legislation.
Once a company is placed on the "blacklist," it is given a period of 90 days to rectify the identified violations and bring its activities in line with established norms. If the deficiencies are not corrected within the specified period, the Ministry will initiate the procedure for revoking the license through the court.
