In the Chuy region, individuals have been identified who threw stones at a passenger train near the village of Ivanovka. This incident occurred on the Balykchi – Bishkek route, according to information provided by the regional police department.
On October 14, 2025, at approximately 22:20, unidentified individuals attacked several carriages of the train traveling from Balykchi to Bishkek in the Issyk-Ata district, near the village of Ivanovka.
This incident has been recorded, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police managed to identify the offenders. Among them are minors: I.R. (born in 2011), B.N. (born in 2011), A.Ya. (born in 2011), and B.B. (born in 2012), who were taken to the internal affairs department for necessary investigative actions.
The investigation is ongoing, and based on the results of the inquiry, the guilty parties will be held accountable in accordance with current legislation.
