According to information from a Telegram channel, a schoolboy became a victim of revenge from Yaroslav Ovsyuk. The Bishkek City Police Department managed to identify the young man, and it turned out that he is a citizen of Ukraine, who is wanted by law enforcement agencies in Russia for telephone terrorism. The police also conducted checks in educational institutions and found no real threats.
The police also determined who the schoolboy was and established that he is a minor resident of the Ene-Sai microdistrict. According to him, the reason for the conflict with Ovsyuk was threats he received through the account bishkekhorror. However, during the investigation, it was revealed that the teenager had no connection to Ovsyuk's actions.
As a result, a protocol was drawn up against the schoolboy's parents under Article 102 ("Failure to fulfill parental duties") of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police remind that the dissemination of false information or provocative messages on the internet may lead to criminal liability.
