The incident occurred on September 14, 2025, around 6:00 PM in the area of the "third pond," where a fight broke out among several men. As a result of this conflict, a local resident, T.K., born in 1986, sustained multiple injuries of varying severity.
The victim reported that he was attacked by unknown individuals. After the incident, an investigative operational group arrived at the scene, which documented the circumstances of the incident and appointed the necessary examinations.
During operational activities, the police were able to identify the attackers. They turned out to be citizens A.B. (born in 1987) and T.V. (born in 1988), who were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health. The district court decided to take the suspects into custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
