In her life, difficulties have become the norm, yet this has not prevented her from providing for her two children.
“When I enrolled in vocational college No. 2 in 1991, I completed my studies and received a laboratory technician diploma in 1994. However, fate presented challenges — my husband kidnapped me, and I could not continue my education. From 1996 to 2007, I worked as a laboratory technician at the Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Center in Karakol,” she shared.
In 2009, Kairgul transitioned to work at the cheese factory “Ak-Zhal,” where she worked for about two years before taking the wheel of a milk truck after an accident involving her daughter. After five years, she managed to purchase her own “Mercedes” milk truck on credit, which allowed her to become a sole proprietor. “This year marks 16 years that I have been doing this work,” she noted.
After divorcing her husband in 2007, Kairgul moved to Kyzyl-Suu with her children.
“Recently, I married off my son. He is working, my daughter-in-law is studying, and my daughter is finishing her education at the law academy,” the proud mother said.
Every day, Kairgul collects about 800 liters of milk from local residents and takes it to the factory.
“If my milk truck breaks down, I can even drive a ‘UAZ’. My income averages 1300-1400 soms a day. I earn as much as I deliver milk, and it depends on my diligence. It turns out that a woman can handle everything, even if a tire bursts — I will fix it myself. I do the work that is usually assigned to men,” she added.
