SCHNEIDER Viktor Genrikhovich
Architect. Born in 1946 in the city of Karpinsk, Sverdlovsk region of the RSFSR.
In 1974, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
From 1966 to 1968, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army; since 1974, he has worked as an architect in the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region. Chief architect of the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1980.
MAIN PROJECTS
1975. Master plan for the village of Tyup (as part of a team);
1975 —1986. Small architectural forms, visual propaganda, landscaping in the Jeti-Oguz and Tyup districts.
