KOYBAGAROV Ilyichbek Boobekovich
Architect. Born in 1950 in the Ilyich State Farm of the Kemin District of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1976, he graduated from the architectural and construction faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
He began his professional career in 1966.
From 1968 to 1970, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
Since 1976, he has been working in the department of construction and architecture of the city executive committee of Cholpon-Ata, and since 1984, he has been the head of the production economic group.
Member of the Union of Architects of the USSR since 1986.
