The private mini-guesthouse "Aydyn-Kul" (Айдың-Көл) was built in 2011 and is located on the pasture of the village of Toguz-Bulak in the Ton district of the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, not far from Lake Aydyn-Kol.

The guesthouse has created all conditions for self-treatment with fresh mare's milk and relaxation in nature.

Kumys is used for gastritis, pancreatic diseases, anemia, neurasthenia, cardiovascular diseases, or simply to boost the overall immunity of the body.

There are many examples of adults and children who drank mare's milk in the summer and did not get the flu in winter.

It is very convenient for those with high blood pressure, as our area is almost at the level of Issyk-Kul (1800 m above sea level).

The guesthouse operates from May 20 to July 30.

The guesthouse offers: 8 rooms for 22 guests, a spacious dining room, a large hall, bathrooms, table tennis, swings.

Double room with all amenities (luxury). The room has round-the-clock cold and hot water from the ariston, shower, toilet, refrigerator, satellite television, two orthopedic beds, hangers, a bedside table, a coffee table, dishes, carpet flooring. Everything is new. Number of rooms - 1.

Four-bed rooms with partial amenities. The rooms have 4 orthopedic beds, a bedside table, hangers, a table, dishes, a refrigerator, satellite television. Number of rooms - 3.

Double rooms with partial amenities. The rooms have two orthopedic beds, a bedside table, hangers, a table, dishes, a refrigerator, satellite television. Number of rooms - 4.

Showers, toilets, and sinks are located inside the building. There is an outdoor toilet.

Cost of accommodation:
in rooms with partial amenities - 1200 soms per person per day.
in the luxury room - 1500 soms per person per day.

The cost of accommodation includes:
Three meals a day,
Five meals a day with fresh mare's milk.
Tea at any time.

Meals:
Varied menu every day. National, Russian, and other dishes. Cuisine made from fresh, environmentally friendly local products. You can order shashlik, and for those who wish to cook shashlik themselves, we can provide firewood, dishes, and a grill.

At the guesthouse, you can sit in the dining room or in your room at any time for free, drinking tea with bread, fresh sour cream, and other dairy products.

Drinking milk occurs five times a day strictly according to a schedule, in specified volumes. It starts with 100 g per intake, gradually increasing to 400 g per intake (up to 1.6 liters per day). It is recommended to drink the milk warm, in small sips, on an empty stomach. Subsequent intakes should be no earlier than one hour after breakfast and lunch. The intake of milk should be completed one hour before dinner.

It is not recommended to drink kumys mixed with mare's milk. However, if health permits, you can drink kumys as well.

During kumys treatment, it is necessary to significantly reduce the nutritional value of the main diet to prevent overeating.

Transfer (taxi):

You can come to us in your own car - the road is passable for any type of vehicle.

We can also pick you up from the southern highway "Balykchy-Karakol," at the turn to the village of Toguz-Bulak (after Kasken-Bel).

If you order a transfer, we can meet and pick you up from Bishkek, from "MANAS" airport (Bishkek), from Bishkek railway station, or at the border, and ensure delivery to our guesthouse "Aydyn-Kul."
