According to information received from the Telegram channel Astra, the Ryazan Oil Refinery was attacked, and currently, access to it is blocked.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that during the night of October 23, their air defense forces destroyed and intercepted 139 drones, among which 22 were shot down in Belgorod region, 21 in Voronezh, 14 in Ryazan, and 13 over Rostov region.
In Bryansk region, a woman was killed as a result of a drone strike. Governor Alexander Bogomaz reported that an FPV drone hit a civilian vehicle traveling through the village of Novye Yurkovichi in Klimovsk district. The driver, who was at the wheel, died.
Also, in the village of Kukuevka, located in Belgorod region, a man was killed as a result of a drone attack on a passenger car. Regional head Vyacheslav Gladkov reported that two people were injured: one was diagnosed with barotrauma and shrapnel wounds to the arm, while the other suffered barotrauma and multiple shrapnel wounds to the head, arm, and leg.
