From the reviewed appeals:
- for 67 cases, the information was fully confirmed;
- for 5 cases — partially;
- 90 appeals were not confirmed.
As a result, 20 internal investigations were initiated, 17 of which have already been completed.
Following the review of appeals regarding violations of official discipline and improper performance of duties, 126 employees of the tax service faced disciplinary measures. This includes:
- 51 employees received a warning;
- 43 received a reprimand;
- 16 received a strict reprimand;
- 13 were dismissed;
- 3 were demoted.
Additionally, among the complaints, 3 cases were identified containing information about possible corrupt actions. In two complaints, the facts were not confirmed, while one was forwarded to the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of reviewing appeals in the territorial tax authorities, 4 employees were held accountable and received warnings.
During the nine months of the current year, based on applications received by the Central Office and territorial tax authorities, 136 taxpayers were held accountable for violations of tax legislation. This includes activities without tax registration, non-payment of taxes and insurance contributions, as well as violations of requirements for cash registers and renting out housing without paying taxes.
Additionally, 15 taxpayers received warnings, and explanatory work on taxation issues was conducted with 3 of them.
