The second contest of vocalists - amateurs 'I Can't Keep Silent!' will be held in Kyrgyzstan
Kyrgyz singing enthusiasts have the opportunity not only to showcase their talents in karaoke but also on a big stage. On Saturday, December 12, the final of the amateur vocalist contest 'I Can't Keep Silent' will take place. The audience will enjoy performances of modern and classical compositions in various languages, participants will affirm their status and receive memorable prizes, and producers will discover new 'stars'.

The founder of 'I Can't Keep Silent' is Anastasia Bagdasarova, a singer, songwriter, and organizer of a studio that has become the creative center 'REPA'.
- I myself am a vocal teacher, and almost all my students do not aspire to become professional vocalists earning money from it. Most learn just for themselves, to improve their skills so that they can perform somewhere with pleasure and without shame, to surprise and delight their loved ones. Not only children but also many adults learn to sing. And when a lot of students regularly attending lessons accumulated and they developed some material, they wanted to move forward, to show someone their new skills. That's when the idea of holding an amateur vocalist contest arose! - she told IA.

The first contest was launched a year ago, and it turned out to be quite in demand and useful: many of the participants and winners continued to pursue singing professionally. In 2015, it was decided to hold 'I Can't Keep Silent' for the second time, but with slightly different rules: duets and trios were excluded. As before, anyone who loves singing could become a participant in the project – it was only necessary to send a completed application form, two photographs, and a video of them performing any song or its fragment. After that, the application would be posted on the website voicetutor.net, and the participant would advance to the final after the decision of the organizing committee and payment of a new small contest fee.

Each contestant will perform before the jury and audience at Studio 247. The fates of the soloists will be decided by Anastasia herself, jazz singer Nurgiz Chekilova, and another invited guest whose name is still kept secret. The winners of the contest will receive diplomas and memorable prizes from sponsors, and as a keepsake, each contestant will receive a disc with a video recording of the contest.
The event will start at 14:00 at Studio 247. The ticket price is 250 soms. For reservation inquiries, please contact 0 772 149 825.
