The Federation of Mountain Biking R-Bikers and the Association "BOOM Studio" invite you to the "Closing of the Cycling Season - 2014"! If you love cycling, we are waiting for you on October 26!
Closing program:
9:00 AM - gathering at the Urkuye Salieva monument (Chuy-Sovetskaya), preparation for the bike march.
10:00 AM - start of the bike march along the route: Chuy-Manas-Bokonbaeva-Sovetskaya-South Gates.
10:40 AM - finish of the bike march at the blockade monument (park at the South Gates).
10:50 AM - 11:20 AM - registration of teams for participation in the Bike Encounter "Pedal Hard - Think Smart".
Entry fee: 50 som per person.
10:50 AM - 11:20 AM - registration of participants for the Cross-Country race "Autumn Cross".
Participation is free, but a helmet is required!
11:30 AM - departure to the checkpoints and race track.
2:30 PM - control time for ALL participants at the common finish in Orto-Sai (above the state flag in the grove).
2:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Awarding of participants, contests, sausages on the campfire, music.
The bike march is a mass run through the city of Bishkek accompanied by experienced Marshals, monitoring compliance with traffic rules in the column.
Bike Encounter - a team bike race-orienteering-puzzle at specified points in the legend. The legend is somewhat encrypted, and the tasks at the points are too. wink.gif Questions will be partially on cycling topics, so only a person who has never seen a bicycle will not cope. Coverage area: the upper part of Bishkek and the nearby suburbs to the south of the capital.
Bike Race (Cross-Country) - competition for the best time to complete laps. The track consists of climbs and descents, 100% dirt road.
Prizes are guaranteed for all participants in the competitions as part of the season closing. And, of course, free beer! smile.gif
