Salad "Naryn"
Naryn is a city in Kyrgyzstan. It is the administrative center of the Naryn region. The salad is named after the city. Salad "Naryn" is very tasty, hearty, and easy to prepare at home.
Try making this salad, and you will like it. It uses vegetables, boiled dietary meat, and mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or a dressing made of equal parts of sour cream and mayonnaise can be used for the salad.
Ingredients:
Beetroot — 1 Piece
Green onion — 1 Bunch
Hard cheese — 200 Grams
Walnuts — 50 Grams
Boiled chicken eggs — 2 Pieces
Boiled veal — 400 Grams
Mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper — To taste

Cooking description:
To prepare salad "Naryn," boil or bake the beetroot in the oven (microwave). Cool it down and peel it. Boil the veal. Cut the hard cheese into cubes. Chop the green onion. You can add herbs to taste. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet. Chop and add them to the salad. Boil the chicken eggs. Cool and peel them, cut into cubes, and add to the salad. Cut the boiled meat into strips. Add it to the salad. Also, add salt and black ground pepper (amount to your liking). Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
Mix it well. Serve the salad. The dish will taste better if you chill it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes beforehand.
