SALAD "ZHAI"
Salads have become an integral part of modern meals. They are always tasty, diverse, and can be prepared for any occasion. Salads can adorn a festive table or be an essential part of everyday menus. Their amazing property is that extraordinarily delicious salads can be made from the most ordinary ingredients.
There are many salad recipes — from simple to quite complex. We offer you one of such salads.
Ingredients:
Radish - 700g.
Carrot - 100g.
Onion (bulb or green) - 100g.
Vegetable oil - 50g.
Vinegar essence - 10g.
Dill greens - 50g.
Ground red pepper - 5g.
The vegetables are cut into decorative strips (cross-section 0.1, length 4-5 cm). Salt the radish and leave it for 10-15 minutes to remove the bitterness. Prepare the dressing for the salad: in well-heated vegetable oil, add vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Gently knead the vegetables and pour the hot dressing over them. Mix everything thoroughly. When serving, pile it in a salad bowl and garnish with dill greens. Serve with rich main dishes.
