Tomatoes - 140g, green or bulb onion - 50g, herbs (cilantro, basil) - 10g, bell pepper - 10g, vegetable oil - 10g, salt, spices.
Cut the tomatoes into small wedges. Chop the onion, herbs, and bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt, spices, dress with heated cooled oil, and serve in a salad bowl.
Fresh Cucumber Salad
Cucumbers - 160g, green onion - 20g, garlic chives - 10g, herbs (basil, cilantro, dill) - 10g, vegetable oil - 10g, salt, spices.
Cut the cucumbers into strips, mix with finely chopped onion, garlic chives, herbs, and dress with salt, pepper, and heated cooled oil.
Salad of Fresh Tomatoes and Cucumbers
Tomatoes - 100g, cucumbers - 75g, garlic - 5g, vinegar (3%) - 5g, vegetable oil - 10g, herbs (cilantro, dill) - 10g, salt, spices.
Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes thinly, finely chop the garlic and herbs, mix everything, place in a salad bowl, drizzle with heated cooled oil and vinegar. Garnish with herbs.
