Uzbek. Born in the city of Naryn, Naryn region of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Graduated from the K.S. Skrjabin Agricultural Institute (1962), postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine (1967).
Worked as a senior researcher, head of the department at the Tien Shan Experimental Station for Animal Husbandry, senior researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, senior researcher, head of the laboratory, and since 1994 - head of the department of forage crop breeding at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Plant Industry and Crop Production.
Specialist in forage production and meadow management.
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR (1992).
Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published over 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 5 inventions.
Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
