Aktagan tea (Kyrgyz tea)

In Kyrgyzstan, it is customary to drink tea not from regular cups, but from bowls (ceramic cups without handles).
Ingredients:
Black tea 2
Water 55
Boiled milk 150
or cream 0.5
Salt 200
Yield: 200
Brew the tea in a porcelain teapot. Add boiled milk or cream, salt, and bring to a boil. The result should be a homogeneous drink of a white-brown color, slightly salty and astringent in taste. Serve in a bowl.
