How to Prepare Kurma Tea

Kuurma Tea
Kuurma tea is more akin to soups in its consistency and nutritional value than to tea.
Kuurma tea is prepared very simply; flour is roasted with butter until golden brown. It can be done with melted butter or animal fat.
Black tea is brewed in a teapot, and then, without tea leaves, the tea is gradually poured into the roasted flour and slowly, thoroughly mixed to achieve a homogeneous mass without lumps, gradually adding the tea completely. It is necessary to constantly stir the liquid.
Then, warmed milk is added, along with salt and a little sugar or honey to taste.
The thickness of the liquid can be adjusted by adding more milk and tea, depending on preferences.
Kuurma tea is a good energy booster. It also has a warming effect. This drink is especially suitable in winter, as it retains heat well and is recommended for warming during colds.
