Kim Leonid Borisovich
Born in 1951. Graduated in 1973 from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a degree in civil engineering.
Currently, he is a patent attorney of the Kyrgyz Republic.
His inventive activity is dedicated to issues related to steel and reinforced concrete structures. The tool he developed for moving the column's heel in the foundation cup facilitated the most labor-intensive process of installing a reinforced concrete column. A number of inventions were aimed at simplifying labor processes in construction, particularly container tilters, grabs, and installation platforms. The systems he developed for balancing cranes have increased their lifting capacity.
His latest inventions are related to obtaining building materials using the semi-dry pressing method of clay loams, which are predominant in the regions of Kyrgyzstan.
He is the author of 32 inventions.
