Rumyantsev Leonid Ivanovich

Born in 1926. Worked as a lathe operator at the V.I. Lenin factory, where he implemented more than 5 rationalization proposals, at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Comprehensive Automation of Melioration Systems (VNIIKAMS), at the Lenin Machine Engineering Plant, and in the Department of Water Management of the Kyrgyz Republic as a lead engineer.

Awarded a Certificate of Honor from VNIIKAMS for the implementation of inventions, and a Certificate of Honor from the Lenin Machine Engineering Plant.

Author of 104 inventions and 7 rationalization proposals.
