Dvornikov Leonid Trofimovich (1934), Doctor of Technical Sciences (1974).

Russian. Born in Tomsk Oblast. Graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute (1958), and completed postgraduate studies there (1961). Worked as a lecturer at Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, head of the Department of Theory of Mechanisms and Machines, and dean of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of KTU. Specialist in the field of engineering for mining machinery.

Published more than 150 scientific works, including 18 inventions.

1. Installations for drilling boreholes (co-authored). Frunze, 1971.
2. Drilling machines (co-authored). Moscow, 1976.
