Russian. Born in Donetsk, Ukrainian SSR. Graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute (1975).
Worked as a master at the Murmansk specialized management of the trust "Soyuzvzrivprom" (Kondopoga, Karelia), engineer, senior engineer at the trust "Soyuzvzrivprom" (Frunze), senior researcher at ONIL FPI, IFiMGP, senior researcher, head of the laboratory, since 2000 - professor at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of explosives, detonation theory, synergetics.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 8 inventions, 2 patents.
