Kasymbekov Beishabay

Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born in 1933. Graduated from the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute in 1955.

Currently, he works as the chief researcher in the parasitology department of the A. Duyushev Kyrgyz Scientific Research Institute of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, and Pastures.

He is a specialist in animal parasitology. He has clarified the species composition of helminths in sheep and cattle, developed a system of measures for the main helminthiases in sheep and cattle, and created a group method for the therapy and prevention of helminthiases.

Under his supervision, 4 doctoral and 10 candidate dissertations have been defended.

He has published more than 200 scientific works and is the author of 4 inventions.

Main inventions:

1. Morpholine-3-carboxyA-hydroxybenzenesulfonate, which causes suppression of the reproductive glands in animals. Author's certificate No. 1449886, 1989.
2. Method for the treatment and prevention of mixed monieziosis-trichostrongylosis invasions in sheep. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 262, 1998.
3. Method for obtaining salicylic-formaldehyde resin. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 257, 1998.
4. Method for the treatment of monieziosis in sheep. Preliminary patent of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 437, 2001.
