Tajibaev Kushbakali Tajibaevich
Doctor of Technical Sciences. Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born in 1945. Graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1969.
Worked as a master, dispatcher at the mining management, senior engineer, junior researcher, and group leader at the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Currently serves as the head of the laboratory of physical and mechanical properties of rocks at the Institute of Physics and Mechanics of Rocks of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of rock mechanics and mineral deposit development technology.
Author of the discovery "Phenomenon of Sudden Release of Residual Stresses in Rocks" (co-authored with I.T. Aitmagov, Moscow, 1998).
Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
Published 130 scientific works, including 2 monographs, and is the author of 4 inventions.
