Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ormon-Khan, Kochkor district, Naryn region. Graduated from FPI (1969).
Worked as a senior engineer, junior and senior researcher, head of the laboratory, leading researcher at the Institute of Mining and Geology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1996 - head of the department, professor at KAU named after K.I. Skryabin. Specialist in the field of mechanics of deformable solid bodies and rocks, physical processes of rocks.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 2 textbooks.
Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
