Balykin Mikhail Vasilievich (1951), Doctor of Biological Sciences (1995).Russian. Born in Frunze. Graduated from KGFIC (1973). Works as the head of the laboratory of morphology of adaptations at the Institute of Physiology and Experimental Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in human and animal physiology. More than 80 scientific papers published. Under his supervision, the first candidate dissertation was defended.
