Filatov Mikhail Nikolaevich
Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor. Born in 1926. Graduated from the Central Asian Polytechnic Institute in 1951.
Worked as an associate professor, then head of the "Electrical Machines and Apparatus" department at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.
The FK-1 starter, developed with his participation and featuring analog protection, was exhibited at the international exhibition "Electro-72".
For the development of new devices, he was awarded the bronze medal of the VDNH of the USSR, the Honorary Badge "Laureate of NTPUG", and a Certificate of Honor from the Central Administration of the NTO of the Energy Industry. He was awarded medals "For Valorous Labor in the Great Patriotic War" and "30 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War".
Published more than 86 scientific works, including 2 monographs, and is the author of 20 inventions, most of which have been implemented in production.
