DECREE OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE OPENING OF THE AUTOMOBILE ROAD TECHNICAL SCHOOL IN 1957 IN FRUNZE"

In accordance with the decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated June 29, 1954, No. 1294 "On the training of engineering and technical personnel for automobile transport and road management," the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR decrees:
To oblige the Ministry of Automobile Transport and Highways of the Kyrgyz SSR (Comrade Kolbaeva):
1. To ensure the completion of construction and the commissioning of the first phase of the educational building of the automobile-road technical school in Frunze by September 1, 1957.
2. To open in 1957 in Frunze a first-category automobile-road technical school with specializations in:
operation and repair of automobile transport;
road machines and equipment;
construction and operation of automobile roads and bridges.
