Ahrarov Shavkat Salievich (1953), Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (1994).Uzbek. Born in the village of Kashgar-Kishlak, Karasuu District, Osh Region. Graduated from TashGPI named after Nizami (1973), doctoral studies (1993).
Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, lecturer, associate professor, professor at TashGPI named after Nizami, professor, dean, and since 1999 - head of the department at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University. Specialist in the theory and history of pedagogy, pedagogical informatics, and methods of teaching it.
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 3 monographs, 5 textbooks, and teaching-methodological aids.
