Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Japalak, Karasuu District, Osh Region.
Graduated from FPI (1979), postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete of the State Construction Committee of the USSR (Moscow, 1986).
Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer at the Osh Evening Faculty of FPI, head of the laboratory at the Southern Kyrgyz Educational-Scientific Center of the Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz SSR, first vice-rector of OshTU (OshVTC), dean, and since 1996 - professor, vice-rector for science and economics at OshTU, chairman of the Southern Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the use of solar energy in the construction industry and municipal services. Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1998). Awarded the USSR medal (1989).
Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize in the field of science and technology (1989).
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 1 monograph and educational-methodological manuals, 3 inventions.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.

1. Manual on heliothermal treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products using SVITAP coatings (according to SN and P 3.09.01 - 85) (co-authored). Moscow, 1987.
