Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyz-Kel, Suzak District, Jalal-Abad Region.
Graduated from the FPI (1979), postgraduate studies at the Odessa Engineering and Construction Institute (1985). Worked as an engineer at the Design Institute, junior researcher, head of the laboratory, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, dean, and since 2001 - director of the Institute of SMEU KGUSTA.
Specialist in the field of composite materials technology, construction products, and structures.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
